from 30 minutes, it became 1:40. poooooor delivery. i love the sweets from this place, but courier was bad.

We did not receive the entire order. We did not receive the cake, salted caramel cake and the topper that we ordered.

- Initially the waiting time was 15 minutes, then kept going up and up, for a coffee and cake it was nearly an 1 hour wait. the coffee was cold and tipped over the cake

Half the order missing because it wasn’t available. Customer should be called rather than sending half or the order cancelled. Not happy that I have paid service and delivery for this.
